Default Cracked bumper, help!

My disco had a mishap... Lol and the front corner cracked.

What should I do to repair this?

Autoparts store.
Black bumper epoxy.
Works like a champ.
Sandable too.
I would just fill that crack with the bumper epoxy.
Wipe off excess.
You are then done.

Well the crack on under the grill protrudes slightly, will this be a problem?

Don't feel bad about your mishap, Disco bumpers tend to crack by themselves after 10 years.

Here is how I repaired mine: Took bumper off, so I could get good access to the underside of bumper. Once off, I roughed up, with sandpaper, the underside of crack, on both sides of crack. I used Acraglas, firearms specification epoxy, after aligning both sides of crack, so one side wouldn't end up higher than the other, then I layed down a nice heavy layer of epoxy, on backside, for added strength, as that side won't be visible when bumper is mounted. Once epoxy was cured, I turned bumper over, and put a slight bit more epoxy along crack, so it is level and the crack isn't visible. After curing, I painted bumper with appropriate black bumper paint. Now, you can't even tell there ever was a crack.

Sounds good, I was thinking of epoxy or just replacing the bumper all together to freshen the front end.

bumper covers cost a small fortune (500-700) that why when it happens most people go with an aftermarket bump (they cant crack)

yeah imo not worth replacing. on my first d2, i split the bumper using it as a rest to tie my shoe and it was only 5yrs old. they just get brittle. repair it and you will have a tiny investment, in the practice of doing so. you will probably do again.

Honestly, the crack doesn't bother me much, can't really tell unless you're up on it.
