That may "freshen up" the front end, but it certainly won't freshen up your wallet. I priced "good" used ones at wrecking yards, and was quoted a price of around $800. for bumper. My epoxied one looks good as new, and I have about $10. in materials in repair---won't mention my labor cost, because if one counts that, one wouldn't own a Rover!
