Make sure the crank position sensor is installed correctly with the spacers in the correct spot. I've seen these installed incorrectly which causes no spark or power to pump.

sensor-specer-8mm nut thats how i remeber. This is so strainge that a Crank position sensor would cut everything off. All CKPS I saw usually gives you code, rough idle etc. I will double check everything. The sensor is new Bosch new. Wonder if it's possible that sensor may be bad one?

Lock and unlock the truck three times with the key. See if it will start. If not, check the following:

1. Check fuel pressure, you need a fuel pressure tester, oreilly rents one for free.
2. If there is fuel pressure, squirt a little fuel or starting fluid in the intake via the power brake vacuum hose (push in on the red bushing, it will release the hose, pull the hose out, squirt, push hose back in. If it pops, you likely have a bad cps.
3. Remove upper intake, remove injector manifold without disconnecting the fuel line, have someone crank while you watch. The injectors shoudl be squirting, if not you definitely have a bad cps. Be careful, don't crank too much or there will fuel everywhere.

Solved!
Thank you for all your help and suggestion. My Autel ms906bt scanner did not pick up the issue. used a friend's scanner. Immobilizer was the issue. after resetting truck fired up.
unfortunately I was diagnosing everything else except the real issue.

Appreciate all your help.
