Ok having a crank no start problem, I have been getting the p0101 and the p0155 randomly, Today I got one reading from my Icars scanner saying ICV clogged.
Died in driveway when got home from store.
So what i have done so far with this.
1 replaced the ICV with another one no change.
2 checked all the fuses at both fuse boxes, There are 2 40 amp ones under the hood in position 7 and 8 with no power at all.
3 tried different ecm as I have another one known good.
4 fuel from the fuel rail when powered up. I do not have a way to test fuel pressure.
5 swapped out CPS with a brand new one (not as bad as I thought it would be until putting the thing back in hard to line up with out seeing.
6 Last thing I have done should have done sooner is spark and there is no spark.

Vehicle been running ok for some time now.
At a lost on where to go next with this.
