Default Cranks but wont start, no fuel pressure?

So I have my 2002 Kalahari cranking over. I have changed out the ECU, the BCU, both fuse boxes and all fuses and relays. Also the XYZ switch and both underseat transmission control boxes. All the swap out parts came from a running driving DII. (According to the previous owner the kalahari was dunked in deep water and never ran again, and it was having multiple electrical issues when I got it).

So now it cranks...... I put an inline spark tester on a wire and it has a good spark. But it does not fire.....

I have the iLand device on my phone and can turn on and off the fuel pump so I know it works. But in the normal running position the ignition does NOT seem to engage the pump and pressurize the system. I found the schrader valve on the fuel rail and used a screwdriver to test for pressure with the ignition on - nada. As soon as I turn the pump on it spray out with gusto. I put 10 gallons in it so it has plenty of fuel.

Popped the air intake and gave it a squirt of ether then cranked it. Not even a pop.

Any ideas????

Try taking a compression test. If he drowned it bad...could have bent every pushrod. When you checked plugs for spark, were they wet with fuel? Are you getting any codes?

Yup. You haven't synched your BCU to ECU.

Even though the bcu and ecm are a matched pair from a 2nd truck, they need synced unless you also swap the matching instrument cluster with them; correct??
You could rent the Nanocom from a member here if need be.

Correct - I forgot to mention I also swapped the instrument cluster. Do I still need to sync my ECU and BCU? ....if so what s the process for that?

Did a compression test on one cylinder and it seemed normal. As I recall the plug did seem somewhat wet with fuel..... but that would not make sense with the fact the fuel rail is not pressurized....correct?
