Default Cruise control and horn not working

I posted a few weeks ago about my cruise control and horn not working. It turned out it was a blown fuse under the hood for the horn. Well, Its been a few weeks and 2 more blown fuses. Sounds like a short Im guessing though Im not mechanic. Any advice where to start? Would a code reader find a fault code for something like this? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Code reader won't help. Replace the fuse and unhook your horns. If it blows again reconnect the horns and unhook your cruise module on the passenger side under the hood. If that doesn't tell you anything..well then we can keep this post open because it would be beyond my eletrical capabilility. But..that's how I would start troubleshooting.

I do have more info. but not sure if it will help or not. I replaced the right horn button about 2 months ago. If the plate that attached to that button was loose or not connected right, would it short itself out by wiggling all the time, although i never heard the horn keep going off for no reason??

Where would I disconnect the horn? Mechanically declined here!! Thanks for the help!

Here is a link to the horn location. https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...pecific-23211/ I don't think the button would be the problem but certainly worth looking at to make sure. I had a short in the steering colume and it caused my horn to just start going off and I had to pull the fuse to get it to stop.
