I think scanner might be on to something because my horn isn't working either. What do you guys think about it?

OK here's what I got! I checked the 10amp fuse in the engine compartment that has the little horn on it and it was blown. I replaced it, turned the switch on and pressed the horn button and heard a click every time I pressed the button. Had the Ole' Lady press the button while I investigated. Turns out to be the relay that goes with the horn in the same fuse box. What should I do?

Come on guys I got no Cruise or Horn! Help me out! Cruise still not working but I notice that I hear the click when I press I press the RESume button on steering wheel now.
