Default D1 Rock Slider on a D2?

I came across a set new discounted D1 rock slider. Length wise between D1 and D2, are they the same? Can it be retrofitted on a D2?

They are different.
The D1 is shorter and the curve is different on the D1.

In my opinion the length is the same as I have put D1 running boards on a D2 and they fit perfect.

Curve wise I don't see a difference, but I could be wrong.

The length is different, but they will work.

Don't the D2 have bigger wheel wells? Wouldn't that make the d1 style longer? Just asking, I don't have experience with either, and I assume Justin has some laying around.

D1 wheel arch to wheel arch -67"
D2 wheel arch to wheel arch - 64.5"

Hard to be extremely accurate as you have fender flares on the D2, but I just measured both my Discos
