The ONLY way is to remove the rocker shafts and disassemble them. I used a shop press to push the shaft through the supports, but they slid off without any real pressure. work from both ends. You can get the shaft exposed by compressing one of the rockers against the spring which gives you about 1" to pinch shaft between cast iron press frames. When all removed, you can clean out the oil passages in the arms. You can't clean them when assembled on the shaft. even soaking for days...ESPECIALLY if you engine is crusty with carbon buildup inside like mine (I think it ran with a blocked oil separator for many years)....
the second pic shows the cleaned oil passages (green arrows) . You can't just clean them on the shaft. 3 of mine were completely clogged, the rest were almost completely clogged. I had shaft wear (you can see in the 1st and 2nd pic), so I decided to buy complete new sets for each side...AB has them for 250$ (probably britpart but oh well cause OEM are 1000$ each)...you have to ask for price match....
