Default D2 Transmission fill plug leaking

Guys, after changing the tranny fluid I can't seem to get rid of a very small leak from the fill plug. Did I loose a washer and not notice? Does it have one? I've repeatedly taken it out, cleaned the area, and tightened the f-er down but it's still dripping. Fluid level is good, just barely coming out of fill plug when removed and engine running?

Yeah you're missing a washer, here's the part number. SEALING WASHER FILL PLUG ZF AUTOMATIC, RNS649, TYF101170 - Land Rover Parts | Rovers North
You can probably find another washer that will fit it at a local hardware store.

Thanks Zack. I went fishing in the various oil pans and found the washer, I'll go get a replacement. But now WTF? I also found this at the bottom of an oil pan:

I changed the trans fluid, transfer case fluid and inspection plate seal, and both front and rear diff fluids. Any idea where the heck this o-ring came from?

Never mind, found it in the Rave. I guess one of my diffs doesn't have the o-ring!
