2003 D2 North American.

Can't start and no power is getting to the interior. Clock is not on, horn does not work, lights don't come on when the doors open.

Battery is giving reading of 12.54

All normal fuzes in the engine bay fuze box are good

All F fuzes are good

Swapped out the AC replay for the 2 relays showing ignition illustrations

Connections to the batter are good

Connections to the alternator are good

Any thoughts?

All fixed.

Very strange. The connection for the positive terminal was tight but the big clue was I was when I took it off I would not get any small spark with just touching the positive connection to the positive battery post.

Cleaned both up with a wire brush and all was fixed

 

Good news Ken. That’s some good knowledge to put in our back pockets.

 

sounds like a small mount of corrosion formed.. just enough to insulate the battery from the truck.
