Default dash lights

I'm having a light problem with my '04 LR Discovery. The brake, TC, Hill Descent and ABS lights come on and stay on when started. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? There aren't an LR dealers or repair places in our part of Alaska. I'm on my own here

Search "3 Amigos" in our search feature. this is a very well discussed issue and there is more than one way to fix it.

I've had those lights for over a year, and I drive it off road at least once a month and they've never caused 4x4 to fail.

The latter three lights are "The Three Amigos." If the brake light is truly on, that indicates a serious problem. The (red) brake light will cause the Three Amigos to appear. The most common cause of the brake light would be low brake fluid.

Low brake fluid could indicate pad wear, or a leak, among other things.

If the red brake light is on, the vehicle should not be driven until diagnosed and repaired!
