Make sure you use the full can of SeaFoam, run supreme, clean your t/body and put the 44K in when you can get out on the road and drive for at least two hours to get the best results.

 

You have received plenty of solid recommendations in this thread. However, DO NOT USE JIFFY LUBE. They are franchised and you do not know if the owner is using lower grade oils. Also, always use a good brand for your filters. Cheap filters are just that, CHEAP. They will not do what you are looking to do if you want to keep the truck for 200K +.
