digital mileage indicator

I have a problem, My mileage on my 2001 D2 is about 121,000. I looked at the odometer the other day and it is now showing 195,000+ miles. This all changed in just a few weeks time, anyone have this problem and can it be fixed? Neil

You got switched over to kilometers somehow.
