DII Fog Lamp Bulb Replacement

DII Fog Lamp Bulb Replacement
RH side bulb went out and I tried to replace it today. The bulb broke and left a portion in the harness. I can't get it out for any thing. Is there a trick? If not anyone know where to get a replamnt recepticle to splice in?
