Smile DII Purge valve

My service engine light came on a while back and the code showed it was the purge valve which had failed.
I checked with land rover and the new valve was nearly $300. The part number was the same as used by Hyundai (28910-22040) but even they wanted $130. A quick search on Ebay gave me a supplier in Korea who would ship to me all in for $35. I figured what the heck.
It arrived and was an exact match for the Bosch part land rover use. I installed the new valve a few weeks back and reset the service light. Issue cured.

If you have the need to replace the purge valve, just search for part # 28910-22040 and you cant go wrong.

Your local Hyundai is ripping you off. My local Hyundai only wants like $35 or $40.
