could you let me know what bulbs your heater contol take? mine have been out for months.

 

Here ya go....mine went out a while ago too I'm sure there is an "over the counter" replacement at the auto parts store, but I didn't want to take the time to pull my radio and HVAC control just to find out otherwise.

Interchanges with what? These fit ALL DII's (99-04) so you'll be good assuming "blue and red" climate control switch bulbs are what you need.

 

do the hooks on the "tool" face inward or outward???

 

Not sure what I ended up doing, I was so annoyed and frustrated by the time I got it out that I didn't think to remember

 

Doesn't matter. You should feel them click into place then start pulling.
