The extra heat this time of year makes the bacteria and algae grow faster. But as stated, I suspect you have some cooling issues, even if it is something like mud and leaves blocking the fins of the AC condensor and radiator.
Imagine a pan of water left in the garage, and topped off from time to time, but never drained. The sort of swimming pool you would not skinny dip in.

Ok I changed the condenser fan (used) after which in heavy traffic temp is 215-220f and on slow but moving traffic it went down to 206-208f and on flow traffic temp went down to 188f.Also when sat in stand still traffic I could smell aircon chemical/fluid when the car on the move this gone away.
The humming noise was almost none now as I found out that radiator was not screwed in properly.
For the main fan would td5 fan fit v8 engine pls?

I had evaporator replaced as the old one was leaking. Previously i have to to put in r132 every 3-4mths as it pushing out warm air. So i had the garage to look into it and advised that it was leaking so out the old and in the new evaporator with revac and dryer. This fluid smell only occurred in high temp heavy traffic when the air con starting not as cold as it should but once moving it went cold again and none of the smell what so ever.

That's strange. Either a risidual amount of fluid left somewhere from the previous leak, or still a slow leak?

Make sure the system is not a tad over charged with freon. This will make a lot of heat out of the front A/C condenser and less cooling.
I bet your cooling fins are very dirty on the condenser, oil coolers and the radiator.
I would reverse flush it all out with a strong garden hose.
Use engine de greaser to get off the grease on the fins.
Make sure your antifreeze is 50/50 mix for best heat transfer.
Your tstat should be the 180 degree type.
When you take off up an on ramp, your fan should roar. If not, then your fan clutch is only partially working. Get a Hayden Heavy Duty fan clutch.
Check the fan belt for correct routing.
Assure coolant tank is topped off and system is properly bleed of air.
