Disco 1 SuperCharged
Where would you get the supercharger for a v8 disco 1. I saw one on ebay in europe that is 1996 disco 1 v8 supercharged. How is that possible. Was it a factory option or an aftermarket option. here is the like.

It is aftermarket, Rover installed one before last year.
Most people who have tried have come out with burned pistons and little to show for it. This is not to say it can't be done but you are looking at building a conversion from the ground up.

Wow, I'd imagine that would be a scary ride, unless you were planning to lower/stiffen the suspension and upgrade the brakes? At least switch out your wheels for the 18" with the low profile street tires.
When I first got my DII I thought it wasa slugcompared to my Grand Cherokee...and I've got the 4.6!! After putting a couple of thousand miles on her now, I feel like I've got plenty of performance for the high riding truck-like chassis.
Also consider that the disco differentials my not like the extra "snap" from a supercharged motor.

That would take a custom ecu program and lower
compression pistons, new cam, it could be done.
But you would have a much better chance in the UK
as most of the parts would come from there.
If you did I bet you would have the only one in North America.
