Can you clean a disco 2 ac condenser with a pressure washer or is it better to just replace it.

Pressure wash it first, see if it works. Don't use something super high psi. A typical car wash sprayer is sufficient strength, or a 120v home garage sprayer. Don't bend the fins you are trying to clear debris from. If stones have already bent fins (or you bend some by mistake), you can get fin "combs" to straighten the fins, just go slow and easy. If buggered up too much, then consider a new one.
