Default Disco 2 Restoration

Finally have some time to start doing some work on my own Truck. Attaching some pic.

Have some questions for the Forum friends. I need to replace both my Hubs all the Ball Joints (starting with front). Anyone has any recommendation to where to get these parts and brand names you may have used?

Thanks

The front ball joints are all of the ball joints; there's no rear steer. Looks real nice!

Thanks. I meant to say the all the Bearings and Front Ball Joints. Any recommendation. I can get Hubs for around $100 to $400 and Ball Joints are so many choices.

Thanks

Get the cheapo ebay hubs. 3 of 4 hubs on my truck are those, the oldest with probably 20k miles. I've had no issues.

I just got MOOG ball joints for my D2. Haven't installed them yet, but I hear they're very good. About $20 on amazon.

I just installed MOOG ball joints on my truck last night. Go ahead and rent or borrow a ball joint press kit. A small torch helps a lot, as well as two big hammers. Be careful on the disassembly and reassembly of the ABS sensor wiring.

I am planning to replace both my front hubs with both lower and upper Ball Joints. they are very rusty. not sure how hard would be to take them out.

Anyone knows what are the bolts and sizes? assuming those bolts are really rusty.
