i have air injected fuel pump. What if I used a reg non air injection fuel pump and not hook up other contacts? I have a non air injection one in hand brand new. My fuel pump has a hairline crack. Or should I wait and get the right part?

 

The non-SAI fuel pump has a pressure sensor. Sorry, I don't know if there are any ill-effects of using the wrong fuel pump. My intuition tells me you'd be OK, because the sensor would be ignored, but I don't know if there are any other differences between the two pump models. My advice is to run the correct part if you can help it. Or, be our guinea pig
