I own a 99 disco II here in Costa Rica, and I need to replace the key with the remote. I am going to be in the states in the next week & the price for parts in the US is less than half what it is here in Costa Rica. So, how do I make sure that I get the part that works. The dealership here said that there is a potential of 2 different frequencies which means that I could buy one in the US, bring it back to be programmed and it wont work. How do I figure out what frequency I have, what part number I need, etc.
