Default Disco II No Crank, No Start

Hello. First time here. I have a 2002 Land Rover Discovery that will not start. Key fob seems to work as is should but when I go to turn the key I get nothing. I hear the relay click but thats it. I put a new battery in and cleaned terminals and is sitting at 12.5V. I thought it might be the Starter and/or solenoid. I jumped 12Vs to the starter and it turned over. But I am not getting 12Vs to the solenoid single wire. I back tracked it to the under hood fusebox and I am still not getting 12V in cranking position. I am basically trying to figure out if this is an immobilizer issue or not. If so, How do I remobilize it without taking it to the dealer? Please help me determine this!

If the red light on dash is on or blinking you have a problem with immobilizer. There is no practical way to bypass it. See posting in our tech area, which involves use of the EKA code. https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...d-works-45005/

I am not getting a red flashing light except when it is locked as is normal.

Your bcm might have lost sync with the ecu. Leave the ignition in position 2 (run position) for 2+ minutes then try and crank it.
