You never open the coolant system unless it is bone *** cold!!!!!!!!!!!!
You have truck issues, stop driving it and send me your number so we can talk before you toast the engine.

Thank you so much for all your help. I figured out the problem myself-feel pretty dumb. It turned out to be a loose clamp on one of the two hoses that attach to the front of the manifold.

Hi Hixx, this is a 13 year old thread. On this board you are better off starting a new thread of your own than using one so old.

It sounds like maybe you didn't properly fill/purge things. It takes a particular procedure to do that. Do you have the Rave manual? It is an essential tool.
