Default Disco II TD5 How can I understand

My dear friends, I have a 2002 Disco II, diesel TD5. Like everyone else ABS, HDC, and TC are displayed in my car. Fortunately the ABS is still in function, the HDC does't work. My question is: how I understand if TC is in function? So how can I prove in reality its function? How should move the tires if TC is or not in function?
by the way this LR model, as I read has, or not differential lock?

Please help me, I only have 2 months with this car.

2002, you do not have a centre differential lock. HDC not working isn't really a bad thing, it's only a cool feature in the newer Land Rovers when you can manually adjust the speed at which you'll descend down to 1mph. The HDC speed in the DII is far to fast for any bumpy situation.

You have what is know as the "3 Amigo's".
If you want to know if your traction control is working or not you need to have one wheel spin while the others do not.
If the TC is working you will hear it make noise.
