Default Disco won't blink

At temps below 28 degrees the blinkers will not work with out movng the switch 3 or 4 times. Temps above that they work fine. Any ideas on what might cause this or how it can be fixed? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Dude, I have the same issue. Windshield wipers also. Seems that if I leave the switch on for a bit, it eventually starts working. I'm definitely interested if anyone has ideas!

Mine does the same thing but works fine if I slightly pull the stalk towards me.

You guys all need new switches.
When they get cold the contacts shrink and dont contact each other thus no worky.

If your cabin is nice and toasty they will work.
When you have the heater on turn it to vest (or dash) and turn the vents towards the switches, once they heat up...good to go.

I thought it might be the flasher unit, mine come on solid til it warms up. Would that still be the stalk?
