Disco won't blink
Umm, noooo. My mechanic assured me he changes my blinker fluid every time he does the weekly overhaul on my muffler bearings, so that can't be it!
You guys all need new switches.
When they get cold the contacts shrink and dont contact each other thus no worky.
If your cabin is nice and toasty they will work.
When you have the heater on turn it to vest (or dash) and turn the vents towards the switches, once they heat up...good to go.

The good news is that the DI and DII use the same wiper and turn signal switch.
The only thing you need to watch out for is that the '03 and '04 had different color options for the wiper and turn stalk.
So if yours is black make sure you get another black one and not tan.

Alright, blinkers are not that important. Honestly, my rover if fine. The problem is with my bosses 2000 rover. He asked for advise. So here i am. i was thinking a relay, a switch, or even a connection issue. I'm not going to tell him to use a hair dryer.
