Default disco2 2000 abs light due to chafing

2000 disco 2v8.

left front abs sensor wire is chafing on the wheel hub, and eats through the wire and causes a abs light...

i tried protecting the wiring to no avail, will eventually wear through as chafing continues and chafing occurs in the hub right where wire goes through so hard to protect the wire.

anybody have this problem?

It's not clear to me how the hub can be rubbing against the ABS wire. I had a front wheel off on my truck this morning and couldn't see how that could happen with the normal installation. Perhaps you could post a pic.

There is supposed to be a blue bracket down there which routes the ABS line away from anything which could pinch it. I've seen plenty of D2's with those missing and having issues with ABS sensors rubbing.
