Default discoII break lock up

I'm new to this forum.I posted that my brakes locked the other day, I had it towed and they unlocked but when I drove it again it started to do the same thing. I took it to a shop that is supposed to be able to service land rover, but they said that they didn't have the software to bleed the ABS.
I am not a mechanic, so maybe one of you Goodwrench kind of guys could help me with understand this or anything related.

Thank you so much

Sounds like they're talking about actuating the ABS system. Their scan tool may not offer the ABS bleed function. I usually only have to do that if replacing brake lines. I believe you can also use hill descent, if available. Turn it on and go down a steep hill. That should activate the ABS pump and purge the air out of the valves.

Why did they think they needed to bleed the ABS system? Even if the WABCO unit has air in it, would that cause the brakes to "lock" so badly that you could not drive the truck?
