My 2003 DiscoII is having a problem with the passenger side door lock. The keyfob does not lock/unlock it nor does the button on the dash. If I pull the lock up by hand it goes back down.

Only way to unlock it is to pull the handle from inside the truck. The only way to lock it is to push it down by hand. Anyone seen this before?
