Default Discovery 2 rear light guard screw size

I was given rear light guards for my 2000 D2. Does not have screws. Does anyone know the dimensions / size of the screws? Length?

Thanks

Default Which?

Good question. They are NOT plastic. Metal with rubber coating. Holes match up with the existing light cover screws. I just need longer screws.

Never used light guards before. How many different manufactures or types are out there.

You need 1" longer screws than the ones already holding the light, also need 7/8" spacers to go between guard & lens,, I am sure you are missing those as well, just get some black plastic water line, & cut them to 7/8" sections & use them as spacers,, (You can get the water line that is being used to replace ice maker lines, they sell them by feet),

IDK the screw size, but the metal guards (VUB500680) also need the spacers

Looks good!
Now it's off to Lowe's, Home Depot, or Hardware Store for some spacers.
I just grabbed the first pic, but they come in all different sizes ( Search "Nylon Spacers").
