Hi guys, Is there anyone there that could tell me how to disconnect the alarm on a 1995 disco. I am having problems with the system, and I think it is the cause of my battery running down on occasion. Thanks Dennis.

 

I would be alot easier to fix your trucks problem , be it a battery or bad switch then it would be to disarm the alarm.
I would start with the battery, it will throw the alarm into fits.

Thanks Mike, for the fast reply. It is kind of you, but sadly it is not what I am looking for. I did not want to get into the long boring explanation of miscellaneous trouble with the alarm, and the fact that I feel I don,t need it anyway. Hopefully someone else will come up with the answer.

I believe you will need to have to go into the ECU to turn it off with out effecting the starting system.
