Default Discovery help

Hi, I'm working on a 2003 LR Discovery II and I'm having a no start issue. There is no fuel and no spark. I checked if pump worked, it does. I checked the relay and it's not receiving the signal to send power to the pump. Same thing at the ignition coil. Same thing at CPS. No power. Could this be an ECU issue? If so, where is it located? I've checked behind glovebox and next to the battery. Both behind the glove box and next the the battery are voids where the ECU could fit. Where else could it be?

I'd check if your battery is fully charged. Couple times i forgot to disconnect before doing work and it discharged to a point where say the interior lights would come on, but there wasn't enough juice to run the rest.
The ECU is under a cover below the glove compartment.

Dead battery is a possibility. Sounds like a security lockout issue. Lock and unlock the truck three times after charging the battery fully, preferably with the key fob but the key works as well.
