Default Discovery II Central Locking not working

Wondering if anybody here has any insights on why the central locking on my Disco II isn't working. The back door locks, but the rest don't. Doesn't matter if I use the key or the door lock on the dash; same result. The locks mechanically work; I can push them down and open them back up with the door handle (although for a while the two rear doors, the driver's side in particular, would not open at all). The alarm enables just fine, which results in my family opening the unlocked doors and triggering the alarm on a regular basis. Which the neighbours love, I'm sure.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dan

Bad drivers door lock actuator.
The drivers door lock is what controls all the other locks, if it goes bad the rest wont get the signal to work.

Default similar issue

I have a similar issue, all passenger doors quit working in most circumstances.
1. Key Fob single press - Lock and Unlock works on drivers door and rear door only.
2. Key Fob double press - Locks all doors but will only unlock driver and rear door.
3. Key Lock single turn - same as key fob#1 above
4. Key Lock double turn - same as key fob#2 above
5. Internal lock switch - only locks and unlocks drivers side door

Alarm enables and disables without issue.

I can see that a single control point is most likely the cause of this but I don't know which single piece. It feels more like the alarm is part of the problem since the Super Alarm mode will lock all the doors without issue so I have to assume the actuators are functioning.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
