Default Discovery II Missing (SOME) OBD II INFO???

Hi new to forum,
I have a 2003 Land rover Discover 2. It will not smog because OBD II will not communicate monitors to the smog tech. When I scan it it reads some info... voltage, load etc. but much data is missing like MPG, O2 sensors, MAF etc. AND NO monitors. I have been to AMMCO who used the 12k scanner and to the dealership who told me a I Need a new ECM. I put in a ECM/BCU/GAUGE CLUSTER from another vehicle. SAME RESULTS! Please HELP someone must know why this vehicle would send some OBD data and not the rest?

What tool are you personally using to scan the vehicle? Do you have any tracking equipment installed? Any modifications to the vehicle that involved electrical work?

Hi,

I have a cheap Actron scanner. Also bluetooh doogle to the Torque android app. This app used to read MPG instant and average also all the O2 senser data etc. Now it does not read any of that. Also the AMMCO guy said his scanne cost 12,000 and he could no communicate.
No tracking.
Cant recall any mods with electrical
You can see from below its sending some info: Accel, Volts, Load, speed . BUT no MAF / MPG and not what really need Monitors!!
