discovery windscreen wipers

discovery windscreen wipers

Got into my 1997 diacovery this morning and tried to sweep the windscreen, the wipers got half way and then stuck in the up position. Anyone got any ideas.

Fuse or maybe the old spanner jam. the switch coz they are known for blowing, then id look at the motor.
