Do everyone's Disco2 breaks suck this bad?

Earlier this year I checked my front drive shaft as I had read up on the problems that seem to plague them. I did a visual inspection and noticed a problem. It was just about to the point of breaking. I didn't like the fact that it was not serviceable so I did some research and bought mine from a company out of Florida that rebuilds them and adds the zerks for serviceability and sells it for around 249 plus shipping. Also it came with a warranty. I replaced mine in about 45 minutes. The only reason it took that long is I had to break the bolts free as they were stuck.
As for the brake problem, my brakes are very spongy, but have always been that way. If I pump them once they seem to firm up. Good luck with getting your situation taken care of.

Several people have now noted that if you don't have an ABS Amigo, Faultmate, or similar make-specific computer to cycle the ABS and TC while you're bleeding, that you need to bleed out good, then go force them all to fire by actual driving, and rebleed, possible with one additional repeat, to get all the air out of the modulator body.
I (finally, sheesh :-) have a replacement modulator shipping down to me today; I should have it in tomorrow night.
