Arrow Do I need a new BCM, or......?

So as of yesterday, while driving, I've suddenly been having a bit of a screwy issue with my Disco. For some reason instantly my dome lights do not work, my clock lights up but doesn't show the time, the radio does not come on, my ScangaugeII plugged into the OBDII port does not come on, the doors will not lock using the key fob, but will lock using the key in the door handle, also my climate control works but does not come on automatically when the vehicle is started, and is reset to 22 degrees Celsius each time.

Sounds like a battery issue, bad ground, or alternator.
