Default Does anyone else run ARB BUMPERS if yes What lights are you running on them?

Just came back from Death Valley - I realized that I need more lights than just my HL.

Been trying to find a nice lights to go with my current bumper but I couldn't really find the right light bars that fits in the current mounts without having to make a new mounts...

What lights are you guys using on it?

I'm running old IPF lights that probably came with my bumper on the center mounting tabs. They are meh but help a little bit. In a perfect world I'd love to run Baja Designs LP6 in their place...the catch is they cost a fortune however after doing a night run of Fins and Things last week in Moab and driving behind my buddy with 2 on his front bumper...holy crap I didn't even need lights lol.

Something I just did that I'm super pleased with is I enlarged the amber reflector cutouts and custom mounted a set of Diode Dynamics 6" SAE compliant fog lights there. Very happy with them and would strongly recommend doing that. I'll dig up photos of my buddys rig running the LP6s for reference

Here’s the LP6 on high. It’s like having your sun on your bumper, definitely worth the coin if doing a lot it night runs

I

I have a 20" LED bar switched to my highbeams. Mounted with a simple DIY brackets.

There's a 50" bar on the rack with its own switch.

Both are Morimoto and do a good job. I find I use the roof lights a lot more than the bumper mounted ones. They provide broader light.

I was about to buy an ARB 9" but from the looks of it, its too big or is it an angle? I want to tuck it inside both bars not over...

No roof lights for now since my damn tent is huge and goes about 5-6" over the front of the rack... Going to change it to frontrunner soon but still waiting for the DEFENDER to come out because that's the car we are trying to get for our next vehicle...

I may just go with some kind of cheap LED bars just to fix the issue now.

IMO the cheap bars that I've tried really aren't worth their time to wire up and mount. Output has been marginal and they always end up with moisture inside. Look up Opt7 as it's cheaper but definitely a step up from some of the crap on amazon. I have their ditch lights and they are decent.

How did you mount the control box for your winch? It's a Smittybilt? I have the same and been trying to figure out how to mount it.
