Does anyone know this symbol on dash?

Well, it's been a couple months, managed to save a few bucks to mess with this again. BUMP Just incase there is another thought on this subject.
Is there a section in the RAVE, or another manual that goes deep into how the ing, bcm, xyz, ect operate??
Like shifter in N posistion should be .01mv on G, ORB 3454-7.
My XYZ switch is good, displays same with/without it connected, as well as the M+S lights. So hunting the issue. The one thread posted is on subject but I do not see where any fixes were found.
