Brain blocked at the moment. Can't recall if when I pull the intake off to replace plugwires and coil, does it have a gasket that needs to be replaced?

Specifically this one?

Last time I pulled the intake, I did not check or replace the gasket because the head gasket was recently done and I figured it was new, if there was one.

Now I can't recall if there was one.

There is one, but if you don't want to buy a new one then some RTV on either side of the old one will do the trick. Not really necessary, but it's good peace of mind. If you lost the old one, just put a bead around the plenum and you'll be good.

 

I ordered one, just to have. Last time I had my coil pack a little tight and had to fight getting the plenum seated correctly. In case I damaged the seal, went ahead and ordered one. this time the coil pack is coming out, and I know what I am doing better than last time.
