Is there a way to test if the fan is working aside from overheating engine? Anyone know of a way to trigger it? Thanks

Turn on your A/C and once the pressure builds up it should come on. Or remove your grill and attach 12v battery to it.

Get a barbcue stick and try to reach and spin the blade without removing the grill. If its stuck, its dead.

My AC doesn't work. It hasn't since I bought the thing last year. The condenser fan turns but it's not smooth.I have never been anywhere close to overheating. I sit at 188-195 all day long even towing my 3500lbs tent trailer up steep hills.
I'm wondering if this is even something I need to fix.
I most likely will just because.
I would not have even known about it but I noticed that 40amp fuse blown under the hood when tracking down a separate issue.

if you have an aftermarket bumper you can do it from the bottom as well. I actually got an old connector and made a pig tail to plug into the fan (the car side) and hooked it to a battery... no turn

No to put in the harvested one.

there is a You tube video about replacing the brushes which is what seems to fail the most if you believe the presenter.
