Door latch
What is the name of #3 in this drawing? is it a link sill button? I am trying to find one but cannot find it, is there another name or more commonly used name for the the tab and pin thing?

That's the door lock. The part that sticks out the door panel. You push it down to lock the door and up to unlock the door.
