Default door lock actuator issue after replacement

I replaced my faulty passenger side door lock actuator with a used one. The lock moves up and down fine now but it does NOT lock the door. Am I missing something or does this used actuator have a locking issue?

Buy a new actuator and replace the used actuator.
Then you'll find out what was wrong with the used actuator.

I "believe" there are two actuators one of the normal door lock function and one for "superlock" but the the RAVE to be sure.

I recently replaced my Driver's door actuator in April 2012.
It was one big mechanism.

A struggle to get it in.
As the window track bar needs to be loosened and jostled.

I did NOT do it the Rave way.
Rave says to remove the window track entirely.
No way was I doing that.
