Default door lock actuator removal issue

OK my rear passenger door lock actuator has given it up and I am trying to remove it on my DII 2002. Has anyone else done this removal- I have tried the RAVE manual but the procedure is for an earlier model that does not have the window slide bar blocking the way of the actuator. I have tried every way possible to slide the actuator out but cannot get it around the track. HELP.

I've done the front a couple of times, and you have to remove the window frame. No other way on those.

My rear passenger door actuator went out too. I have not the $127 bucks or whatever it is to buy one at the moment...so I keep it locked.

But I will be doing this at some point when I get the money, after brake rotors and pads...

OK I replaced the actuator door latch for the drivers door and I now have a working door lock again. I wasn't to bad, 7 screws on the door panel, 3 torx screws on latch, 2 more torx screws on window frame, and 3 bolts behind vapor barrier. The job takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. The window frame has to come out the door panel has to come off, the interior cover for the mirror has to come off and the remove the latch. When you are reassembling make sure to pay attention to the cable for the mirror and window harness. The mirror wiring needs to be on the correct side of the window frame when reinserting the frame or the window will not open all the way (I did not notice that and had to disassemble the whole thing to correct that) The torx screw hole on the window frame can cause the window frame to be stuck when reinstalling carefully maneuver frame to slide in past that and test window and door lock before closing everything back up. I hope this helps
