I have at the moment is an UltraGuage, and an OBDII scanner.

I'll have to do some more checking on the P1590 code. My wife was able to drive to the DMV to get the Rover licensed with no issue, and all the 3 Amigos were on the dash. When she came out to drive off she only had the ABS light on, and the traction control kicked in for a few sections. After that the 3 Amigos came back, and the Rover drove fine again.

You really need access to a scanner that can read ABS codes. The iCarsoft is relatively inexpensive, although it lacks many of the features of the more expensive models.
