I know, the irony! 
We deal with so many issues on our Discos that we lose track of stuff we had chatted in the past!

It has been a couple of years. I have been focused on other key mechanical and maintenance pressing issues with the truck. I finally got a chance to look further into this problem. I replaced it with a new actuator motor. All is well now!
