Default Drive shaft

I think my draft shaft on by 2003 landdrover has fallen off. I can see it hanging down. And now disco will not move anywhere. Is this staff to tow with another car like this a short distance

I would take it the rest of the way off. It could do even more damage than it already has. If you are lucky right now you just need a driveshaft, if your not you need a driveshaft catalytic converter and a transmission

Thanks for the reply not mechanical. Does it just unbolt? Happened at low speed only about 20km so hopefully no other damage. I have read on threads here that u can drive it if u engage cdl but I do not think 2003 model has that. Do u no if it does ?

Yes it unbolts.

Does it have a **** that says "DIFF LOCK"? If not... then no it does not have a CDL.

Do you not have a tow service like AAA or USAA... etc.?
