Default Drive shaft slip joint grease

I've searched and read a lot of very informative threads here about drive shaft (how to maintain, rebuild and replace), but couldn't find one that talks about how much grease to put in the slip joint - sorry if I missed it. I wanted to confirm if the same procedure on u joint applies to the slip shaft /yoke when you're servicing, or changing the grease type - keep greasing until the old grease comes out off the rubber dust cap? I'm replacing my original with a USED serviceable one, and wanted to make sure that it's properly greased. Please confirm, and I appreciate any advise. Cheers!

Thanks Richard! Best done when shaft is installed correct, so it's not fighting you and the correct length is set?

Don't think the sliders can be over-greased, but don't want to under-grease.
